However, Burford continues to include ordinary shares held by the foundations in the table above for completeness and reduces the listed shareholdings accordingly as the respective foundation gifts its ordinary shares. As of September 25, 2024., Mr. Bogart’s foundation held 213,950 ordinary shares and Mr. Molot’s foundation held 218,629 ordinary shares.
